Privacy
Short version: we use what you send us to quote your job and get back to you. We don’t sell it, share it, or hand your phone number to anyone else.

When you fill out the quote form we collect the name, phone number, service and job description you type in. We also record which page you were on and how you found the site — for example, whether you arrived from a Google ad or a search result — so we know which advertising is worth paying for.
If you call or text us, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and collects the usual anonymous browsing information: rough location, device type, pages viewed. It does not tell us who you are.
We use it to quote your job, do the work, and follow up with you about it. That’s the whole list.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it, rent it, or trade it with other contractors, lead brokers, marketing companies, or anybody else. Nobody buys your phone number from us, because it isn’t for sale.
When you submit the quote form you’re telling us we can call or text you about the request you just made. That’s the only reason we’ll contact you. We don’t run text marketing campaigns and we don’t add you to a list.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting, immediately and permanently. Reply HELP, or call 801.452.1536, if you need a hand. Agreeing to messages is never a condition of getting a quote or hiring us — if you’d rather we only called, say so and we will.
A few ordinary business tools handle your information on our behalf, and only to do the job we hired them for: Google (Analytics and Ads), the service that stores our quote requests, and the service that sends our text messages. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
We’ll also hand information over if the law genuinely requires it — a court order, for instance.
Quote requests stay in our records while we’re working with you and for a few years afterwards, because that’s how warranty questions and permit records work in this trade. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we’re required to keep it.

Most browsers let you block cookies if you’d rather Analytics didn’t see you. The site works fine either way.
This is a contracting business. The site isn’t for children and we don’t knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
If we change how any of this works we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
